1. Information We Collect

FlightStash does not require you to create an account and does not collect or store your flight information, notes, checklists, or files on our servers.

Information you create within the App, including:

• Flight information
• Notes
• Checklists
• File information
• Downloaded files
• Other content created or managed within the App

is stored locally on your device.

2. Files and URLs

FlightStash allows you to provide URLs to files that you want to access or download.

When you request a file from a URL, FlightStash uses your device’s internet connection to retrieve that file from the specified location.

The file is then stored locally on your device, where supported by the App.

FlightStash does not upload or store these downloaded files on our servers.

The privacy practices of the website or server hosting a file are governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.

3. Internet Connection

An internet connection may be required when:

• Downloading a file from a URL
• Accessing content that has not previously been downloaded to your device

Once information or files are available locally, FlightStash is designed to allow you to access them without an internet connection where supported by the App.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

Data created or saved by FlightStash remains on your device.

If you delete the App, reset your device, or otherwise remove the App’s local data, that information may be permanently deleted unless you have separately backed it up using your device’s backup system or another method.

FlightStash does not provide a server-side backup of your data.

5. Third-Party Services

FlightStash does not sell, rent, or share your flight information, notes, checklists, or locally stored files with third parties.

When you download content from an external URL, your device communicates with the server hosting that content. That server may collect information according to its own policies.

6. Analytics and Tracking

FlightStash does not use your flight information, notes, checklists, or locally stored files for advertising or tracking purposes.

If third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or other services are introduced in a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

FlightStash is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

8. Security

Because your FlightStash data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device and operating system.

We recommend using the security features provided by your device, such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when FlightStash’s functionality or data practices change.

The updated version will include a new “Last updated” date.
