1. About FlightStash

FlightStash is a mobile application designed to help users organize and access flight-related information, files, notes, and checklists on their device.

The App is intended as an organizational and productivity tool.

2. No Server Storage

FlightStash is designed so that information created and managed within the App is stored locally on the user’s device.

FlightStash does not provide server-side storage or backup for your flight information, notes, checklists, or files.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any information that is important to you.

3. Files and External URLs

FlightStash may allow you to download files from URLs that you provide or otherwise access through the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access, download, store, and use those files.

FlightStash does not control third-party websites or servers and is not responsible for:

• The availability of external URLs
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party content
• Changes to external websites or files
• Third-party terms or privacy practices
• Content downloaded from external sources

4. Flight Information

FlightStash is an organizational tool and does not provide aviation control, navigation, dispatch, air traffic control, weather, safety, or emergency services.

Information entered into the App should not be treated as a substitute for official aviation information, regulations, operational procedures, aircraft documentation, flight planning systems, or instructions from qualified aviation authorities or personnel.

Users are responsible for verifying flight-critical information using appropriate official and authorized sources.

5. Offline Functionality

Some FlightStash functionality is designed to work without an internet connection.

However, certain actions, including downloading files from external URLs, require an internet connection.

FlightStash does not guarantee that external content will always be available or accessible.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter into the App.
• Maintaining backups of important information.
• Using appropriate official sources for flight-critical information.
• Ensuring that files you download or store are lawful and that you have permission to use them.
• Maintaining the security of your device.

7. Intellectual Property

The FlightStash name, application, design, software, logos, graphics, and other original content are owned by their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep FlightStash functional and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as the App evolves.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlightStash and its developers are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:

• Loss of locally stored data
• Device failure, loss, theft, or damage
• Incorrect information entered by the user
• Unavailability of external URLs or third-party services
• Reliance on information stored in the App for flight operations
• Internet connectivity problems
• Unauthorized access to the user’s device

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to FlightStash or applicable requirements.

The updated version will include a new “Last updated” date.
